Beyond the Court
This is 1:1 human work. No modules or workbooks, we work together as a team and engage in deep conversations and follow them up with clear and decisive actions.
You train hard. You put in the hours on court, you work on your technique, and you show up consistently. But somewhere between practice and match play, something gets lost.
You know what you're capable of — you've felt it. The problem is making it show up when it counts.
This is for you if any of these sound familiar:
-
You play significantly better in practice than in matches — the freedom you feel hitting with a friend disappears the moment there's a scoreboard
-
Pressure affects your game — tight moments, big points, important matches bring out a version of your tennis you don't recognise
-
Your results don't reflect your ability — you regularly lose to players you know you're better than
-
One bad game becomes a bad set becomes a lost match — you struggle to reset and the momentum always seems to go the wrong way
-
You've plateaued — you keep working on your technique but the results aren't shifting, and you're starting to wonder if something else is going on
-
Tennis has stopped being fun — the results-focus has taken over and you've lost touch with why you loved the game in the first place
If you recognise yourself in any of those, the gap between where you are and where you want to be probably isn't technical. It's mental. And that's exactly what this work addresses.
"Simple, personal, and built around you"
Step 1
Free discovery call (30 minutes) We start with a conversation. You tell me what's going on with your game, where the gaps are, and what you've already tried. I'll ask questions that might reframe the problem in a way you haven't considered. There's no obligation and no sales pitch, just an honest conversation about whether this is right for you.
Step 2
Your first session. If we both feel it's a good fit, we begin. Sessions are one hour, conducted online, and scheduled weekly. The first session is about getting a clear picture of your history with the sport, your mental patterns on court, the specific situations where things break down.
Step 3
The work each session is different depending on where you are and what's come up. Some sessions are reflective, understanding patterns and where they come from. Some are practical, building specific tools and routines for pressure situations, pre-match preparation, and resetting between points. All of it is grounded in real tennis, not abstract theory.
Step 4
On court results The measure of this work isn't how you feel in a session. It's how you perform in matches. That's the standard we hold everything to.
