How it works
We keep this as simple and non-invasive as possible. Meetings with leaders can be conducted in person or video call, with all staff interviews conducted via video calls because we understand the importance of privacy and convenience. We also know that time is precious for teams and their leaders.
Step 1: Project Scope
Calibration with HR or relevant people resource to define and scope the project.
Step 2: Initial Leadership/Management Meeting
Gain context and understand the challenges at hand while also discussing desired outcomes.
Step 3: The Gift Report
25 minute interviews with each team member, held in a supportive, psychologically safe style.
Step 4: Leadership Debrief Session
Reconnect with the leader / manager for a collaborative session to translate the insights into real change.
Step 5: Close out Project
Close out project with HR lead, share reports and any other relevant insights.
